Restrict reservation to a certain maintenance order

Dear PM experts;

Good day....

As you all know, once I've put a stock-able item (item category: L) in a maintenance order, it is considered to be reserved item in the warehouse to this maintenance order. The point is that the system don't prevent any other person to issue the reserved items according to another maintenance order, in another words, another maintenance order can reserve these items and issued them without any restrictions from the system.

The business need is as follow:

1- Once I've put a component in a maintenance order and it has been reserved, the system must prevent any other person from issue this component according to another maintenance order.
