Simulator Fuinctions Not working

I having a problem creating simulator tags in MII 12.2.4 Build(84). From our previous system I have a tag of type analog from 0 to 50 witha value of (rand()/75)+20. When I try to recreate in production enviroment MII throws an error and sends me to a white screen with a log and and trace id saying Failed to process request. Please contact your system administrator. I went to the log viewer and the error said: "Tag with type 'Analog' cannot have a value of '(rand() /75)+20'." The I tried simplier functions suchas rand()*100, floor, cos, sin ect.. and the same error occurred.

Any Help would be greatly appriciated.

Hi Robert,

It sounds like a bug.  Please open a ticket in CSS so the developers can get involved.

Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Robert,

The place is in Services Marketplace, but you will have to have a valid ID (TCS has them, but I don't have any names for the MII TCS consultants).
