Hi Experts,

I have a scenario in which a user with Authorisation Group haveing Company
code 2000 is able to make changes to installation belonging to company code
4000.

Can anyone suggest how can i restrict the changes to the same company code as
present Authorization group?

Also what could be the probable reason for such scenario?

thanks and regards,

Anshuman

Hey Anshuman,

Check company code assigned to authorization object E_INSTLN for the role assigned to user.

Hope it helps !!!

Harry

Anshuman:

An installation does not have/belong to a company code.  If you propose to assign it to one, then you would likely need to enhance the authorization concept.

End user from Du(authorization group 2000) with authorization profile ‘Backoffice
KCC Du’ can do modifications to an installation with authorization group 3000 (Gu)

can you help me enhance the authorization concept related to this.

Thanks in Advance
