Hi SAP guru's,

Am getting this error when creating a sales order

Entry 10404   does not exist in T171 (check entry)

Message no. 00058

Hi Shahzad ,

As Bojja mentioned, Check in the Customer Master -- Sales Area Data -- Sales Tab.

I think you would have maintained the Sales District "10404" in the Customer Master and later someone would have deleted the Sales District "10404" in OVR0. So when you created the sales order for the same customer, system validates it and it throws the error message as shown below . I used Sales District ABCDE.

check the sale district ,  10404 sales determination or not , check the t code OVR0 ,here you maintain the sale district , and also check the customer mater sales tab , in sales district field ,

first you maintain the sale district at OVR0 t code , then you will check
