Main item in Delivery is TAQ and free of charge item is TANN, but when user entered only main item[TAQ] and free of charge item[TANN] delivery quantity is 0 [ZERO] system giving warning message and allowing for PGI, as per user requirement system should display error message and should not allow Delivery and PGI.

Hi SK,
In order to get warning/Error for min del qty = 0
1) In material master sales org1 view maintain Min Del Qty.
2) If you are maintaining Cust-Mat Info Record here also you can maintain Min Del Qty,
3) In Delivery Item Catogery should not maintain material number 0 Allowed.
4) In transaction OVM1 Check what is the error number your getting and change message type to "E".
Even after these setting if you are getting the same then toy have to go for abaper and take his help.
Thank you,
Pranay

Hi SK,
In this case, there are 2 steps which you need to update to make sure if 0 quantity is there, it should not create delivery. Also if you need to add to have ATP at time of delivery, you will see that the delivery will not be created for that item.
1) Update delivery item category not to allow 0 quantity
Go to 0VLP and select item category, turn off check material no "0" allowed (keep it blank)
Also in the same screen, field Check quantity 0 change it to B.
2) Also check the availckoff field in this if you want to keep ATP on or off when delivery is created.
This will help resolve your issue.

Dear S K
Please go to 0VLK (its Zero '0') and click on your line item category and in Quantity tab Check quantity 0 make it B.
This will solve your issue

Dear,
Can tell the Error msg no?
Although you can make this Warning msg to Error in OVM1 as I think the msg will start with VL* as it is a delivery related issue.
Just have a check and update here.
Thanks,
Suman
