Support of selection criteria for the SAP Crystal Reports software

someone can tell me where to find documentation  ?  i don't undestand how the feature works.

Hi,

this means that you now can view und run Crystal Reports which contains parameter, like selection of customers or items etc.

Before Version 1.7 just Crystal Reports without parameters were supported.

i undestand , but i have some reports integrated with parameters in SAP B1 but when i run this report via APP mobile  i receive a beaufitull Grey Screen ...

can yoo send me an example of reports that run on APP moble with parameter ?

Hi,

I can send you the standard SAP Crystal Report "Monthly Customer Status" which contains parameters and which works fine at my demo system.

Just give me your email adress.

Please note: Some of the new features of version 1.7 requires SAP Business One Release 8.82 PL09.

Hi Hendra,

you have to set your report visibile for mobile app.

You can do this here:

Administration --> Setup --> General --> Report and Layout Manager

Look  for your report and click the checkbox "Visible for Mobile".

Yes, there is an documentation. You can access it via the partner edge portal.

Hi Jacqueline,

I have test the selection criteria to prompt out a drop down list for Customer / Item Code and it works fine in ipad/iphone. But I just wonder why it does not show the list if the drop down list to show Sales Employee name, Eg. in crystal report parater we create as

SalesEmp@Select SlpName From OSLP Order By SlpName

this parameter syntax should same with Customer List. Does iPad/iPhone only support certain drop down list like Customer / Item Code?
