R3AS not replicating Product categories SRM

Hello,

I have successfully created new product categories in Development environment.

I had some troubles when run R3AS, but after running SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB, table CRMATAB was filled and data was replicated and visible in table COMM_CATEGORY, and I was able to create new POs with the newly created product categories.

The transport orders have been successfully transported to Release environment. All product categories have been copied, but I'm running R3AS and it has no effect on table COMM_CATEGORY.

R3AS: Initial load has been started (green) -> DNL_CUST_PROD1, RE1 R/3, CRM

SMQ1: no outbound queue related to my request.

SMQ2: no entry found

SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB run and table CRMATAB fully loaded with 19 entries.

Guids are identical in table CRMPRLS (ERP) and CRMMLSGUID (SRM)

I can see my product categories created in BBP_DET_ACCOUNT but is not replicated/synced COMM_CATEGORY so cannot use my product categories.

Could you please give me a hand in this?

HI,

Please check the related customising in the tables that you need to maintain such as CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP.

Check SMOEAC to see if the correct RFC destination is maintained in the R/3 site.

Did you run program BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in the Release environment?

Did you check for errors in the backend using ST22?

Thank you very much for your answer.

I checked table CRMRFCPAR and saw that RFC destination wasn't correct in SRM.

re-run R3AS and it worked.
