MaxDB 7.9 BackupTemplate Repository - Location

Hi everyone,

after a Upgrade from MaxDB 7.8 to MaxDB 7.9 (beacause of an uprade to ERP6 EHP6) all backup templates no longer displayed in the database studio. The backup templates also no longer work and no backup work. I try to create a new backup template, but i get a error message:

dbmcli on CED>medium_put NSR_L /tmp/lega_dat PIPE LOG

ERR

-24984,ERR_MENOVALID: Invalid medium definition

25,The name of the backup template (/mnt/backup/SAPProjectsI)

must not contain a separator like slash or backslash

If i try to delete all of them via dbmcli, i get the same error.

I found this "<SID>_BackupTemplates.xml" in the MaxDB directory and try to edit the file. In the File is a BackupTemplate with this as a name "/mnt/backup/SAPProjectsI" and this is the problem i think. I delete the entry and after the edit i restart the database (db_offline and db_online) and the x_server. but after the restart the error comes up again. Have some one an idea? is there a second place where the backup templates are stored?

We found in the rundirectory (/sapdb/SID/data/wrk/SID) of the maxdb the file: SID_BackupTemplates.xml

After deleting the invalid backup template in the file directly, everything works fine.
