Dear Sonu
Got you, this error seems to be authorization problem just make another BOM and Save it and and after that run SU53 and ask your BASIS team to give that authorization. And after that please do check ST22 also.
Thanking you!

Dear All,
When I try to say save CS01, it wont display "records saved" nor it will popup error message. But instead it will exit to SAP Easy Access menu.
Thanks & regards,
