How to lock/block users which have left the company in SRM logon?

With the help of the Basis team , on user search i don't get the user who have left the company. But the user still exists in the particular cost center. i need help wherein i can make that user inactive in a cost center.

Hello Margret,

Based on what you have provided i am assuming that you are trying to search user in Organization hierarchy whose user ID is locked. If that is the case then this is standard behavior whenever basis / security team locks out user ID in PPOSA_BBP searching with User ID will not return any results. In that case you can search based on position or department which user belongs to via Position or organization unit respectively.

Hi Margret,

I am not sure if I got what you mean. The user is not in the system anymore? Are you not able to find it at SU01? Usually you can block an user at SU01.

When you say user is still available you mean in approval? You need to check the the logic inside the WFL or used Badi if is the case.

For further help, please explain better the scenario.
