Portal Upgrade to NW Portal 7.3 - BP_CRM50 issue

Hello Gurus,

I want to upgrade my portal from NW7.01 to NW7.3 - no issue so far.

We are running Business Package BP_CRM50 mainly to benefited of the IPC functionality (Internet Pricing Configuration). It seems that BP_CRM50 is not supported on NW7.3 and so far I could not find any package either to upgrade it to or to replace it with something similar.

I don't really know what are my options here; any help would be appreciated.

Hi Venkat,

Thank you for your prompt answer.

However this not is about Best Practices. And I am looking for info on Business Package. The BP part can be confusing but it is used for both terms
