Return Delivery in QA11

Hi Guru,

i came across one scenario.

User received material for STO Purchase order with MVT 101,and by mistake  he did UD to return delivery stock(MVT 122) in UD screen.

Now user wants to do GR again for that materiel.can you suggest what steps should follow.

He tried to cancel Return delivery document,but system is not allowing to cancel the document.i checked the stock is showing in MB5T in transit.

In MMBE stock is not showing.

Please suggest.

HI

When you are doing 122 by using QA11 then system will not show the stock in MMBE.

In this case this is not possible to reverse the respective stock as system will again check the stock in quality inspection but unable to find the same.

So even using MBST system will not allow to cancel the mat document.

Doing cancellation of 122 is as ggod as creating new GR.

Can he not create GR againt same PO as ,PO qty after 122 must have increased !

Hi Sujit,

so what will be the correct ways to complete the process.

The stock were rejected by 122 in QA11,so they need to do GR again.want stock back to blant.
