Upgrade Solution Manager 7.1 / no valid spam update for release 702 found

Hi,

We are doing an SAP Upgrade from Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 to Solution Manager 7.1

In phase Configuration / BIND_PATCH, SOLMANUP is looking for a package for the last spam update 702.

We download KD70247.SAR and extract in /usr/sap/trans.

Yet, SOLMANUP is still saying "no valid spam update for release 702 found"

Does anybody have an idea ?

Hi,

Probably you can try to re-download from SAP, and extract it to /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in

P/S: Ensure *.PAT files are loaded into /EPS/in

I have already tried to re-downloaded it : but same results.

I have also tried with older version KD70246.SAR and KD70245.SAR : but same results.

Hi,

Could you please go to tcode SPAM and cross check that you have imported correct SPAM update packgae previously.

There might be a chances that you have tried to import wrong spam update.
