Sales Order Output

Hi Gurus,

Sales Order Output is not getting determined.

At order My requirement if Schedule is not confirmed set the
Block. Once XX block is set at schedule lines new output type will be triggered
sending mail to XX team..

I don’t know where went wrong. new output is getting
triggered but it is not showing green status.  It is showing yellow status. And I am not
getting any mails . whenever I go to VA02 system says “Update
was terminated”

I did newoutput Config.

Outputype  - XXX.

Application- V1

Trans medium- 5 external send.

We wrote new program and assigned in Program
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

FORM Routine is ENTRY_OS_STATUS,

Did some one faced this kind of error. pls let me know ur inputs.

To me it looks it is NOT due to the output but due to some other reason. Are you using BAPI to create the sales order? If so you can take a look at OSS Note 135562 - COMMIT control in SD BAPIs

Check whether this note applies to your SAP version or not first.

Can you also provide details like whether you use any IS package?

Hi Shiva,

Sales orders are created through FM IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS . we are using SAP ECC 6.0. normal one and we are not using any packages.

Hi Seegal SK,

You can do this in another way which is have a developer write a requirement routine to check if schedule line has been confirmed then only trigger the output. Assign this to output pricing condition.

Also if you are seeing the status in yellow that means it is getting triggered. Go to VV21 and check the condition record. Have you maintained it to be sent immediately ( status 4) . If not change it to status 4 and it should be immediately triggered. If it fails then it will show in status red.

Hi Friend,

Just wanted to check and confirm what is the output you are triggring from Sales order. Is that order confirmation -ORDCHG output or print out.

Please let me know. Because i also was getting same problem in ORDCHG - Sales order confirmation where it was terminating the sales order, now i resolved the problem.

Once you confirm me whether it is the same ordchg idoc you are triggering, then i believe my solution could resolve ur problem.
