Automatic creation of shipment

I want to know how to do the configuration to create shipment automatically based on the customer transportation zone. according to customers transportation zone the shipments should be created. Thank you in advance

Hi,

you need to create rules for automatic shipment creation (VT04). In the rule for combining you use the transporation zone as combination criteria.

Thanks for the answer..one more thing..i wanna see the ship-to-party name in delivery that is listed under the shipments. currently its showing address,total wieght,etc..how can i make the customer visible at one of those colums..thank you.
