Dear Sir,
We have given an Equipment of our company to another company on Hiring for 6 Months.
Please Guide me how to maintain the process flow in our company for the above mentioned issue.
Also the Process flow in PM Module ?

Check for Equipment & Tools management (ETM) module. These kinds of business can be mapped with that.

ETM will be separate package. This can be done in CS or Sub contracting.
ETM is available from SAP 4.6 C2, what do you mean by separate package??
You follow Customer service module. Or Map sub contracting process. Search forum to find out how sub contracting process work.
