Hi Guys,
Recently we have purchased Crystal Reports Server 2011, and downloaded through saplicenselink.dell.com
The files we recieved and installed are -
7011161 CRYSTAL SERVER 2011 WIN INTL 5 CAL UPGR LICENSE 53006343
7011164 CRYSTAL SERVER 2011 5 CAL UPGR ENT MAINT
7010937-1T2 CR 2011 INTL UPGR WIN NUL LICENSE - 1 to 2 Licenses, mix and match 53006342

This installation has gone well, and the server is functioning as intended, however I would like to patch the latest service pack and am having difficulty working out how.
What is the easiest way ?
I have downloaded
51043416_1 SAP CRYSTAL SERVER 2011 SP04 (incl. FP03) WINDOWS (64B)
which, I think is the correct upgrade package ? 2.x Gb of data..
I have run the upgrade tool, and there are a few options.. one of which is .BIAR file, which I can't seem to find.
I have located this document, http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/crs2011/en/crs2011_upgrade_en.pdf
but it seems more around Feature release.
In particular, I would like to update the web tier / Apache.. and I assume the full service pack would do this ?
Has anyone upgraded to SP4, or have any recommendation ?
Thanks,
Craig
Hi Craig,
You posted the query on the Crystal Reports Design Forum. I moved this thread to the BIP forum.
