Change the error message duplicate check for e-mail address ---SUS

Hi,

We have a requirement to change/remove the error message to warning message for supplier registration form-1.

In standard SAP SUS there is a duplicate check on vendor's E-mail address, as per our requirement the error message has to be remove or change it to warning message.

Please let us provide the enhancement spot or any badi name. to resolve the above issue.

Hi,

I am not aware of a BADI, but an easy way out would be to create a Z-table to store the email ids of all registered suppliers (from table BUT000). Then you could compare the email id of a new registering supplier with the existing email ids in this Z table by running a loop.

Thanks for you input, My question is how to stop standard validation to stop error message based on duplicate mail address..

Anyway I got the resultion  (enhance spot)  Completed
