Hangup sap tutor editor when click on lesson setting in setting menu

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue with sap tutor. In a tutor I want to hide bubble of recorded session. When I open sim file in editor, there is an option on setting menu>Lesson setting. In this option I disabled the speech bubble option.

But now when I click on 'Lesson Setting' option in Setting menu, suddenly Tutor editor get hang. Every thing is work fine and fast but when I click in Lesson setting I face this hangup issue.

I used SAP Tutor 2.1 version. I updated it from v.2.2 and then applied patches upto level 6 but still issue not resolved.

I have Windows 7 64-bit OS with 4GB ram.

Even I tried same thing on different system. But still issue not resolve on that system also.

I tried "Compatibility mode" with Vista and then XP but still issue not resolved.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Hi Devendra,

I also had same issue and i could fix the issue by applying following HotFix .

SAP - System Requirements

Just check above link and there you get link to hotfix , just download it and install in your computer , then most of time you will be able to do modifications on Lessons Settings with out getting hangup.
