Request for Change (SMCR)- Category Levels

Hi,

I am working on ChaRM 7.1 request for change through Web UI.

I am not able to use Category Levels ( Level 1,2,3 & 4) as all levels are grayed out( not able to edit)

Is this a Authorization issue, Even I tried with SAP_ALL authorization it didn't work

Other fields on the 'Request for Change' I am able to enter them. Only issue is with Levels.

Hello Praveen,

Did you read this document ? https://websmp103.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000514562011E.PDF I suppose you didn`t activate categorization schema and not assigned proper tranasction type (psge 14).
