SAPGUI 7.20, Excel 2010 export issue

Hello:

We are using SAPGUI 7.20 PL9 in our company.  Some users are complaining that when exporting some views in SAPGUI to Excel, SAPGUI will freeze and stop responding.  It does not matter how large the export, it will lock up even with 400 rows.  The user will need to run Task Manager and end the task for SAPGUI.  But, when they open SAPGUI back up and try the same export, it will work.  So the issue does not happen every time.  All users are using Excel 2010 with SP1.

We wanted to check and see if this is a known issue with PL9 before we try to upgrade the users with the problem.  I have looked and so far have not found a fix or document on this problem.  Please advise, and thank you.

With SAPGUI 730 don't you face the issues.
