Hi Experts,

I have the following problem, when I run a GRC functionality Access Management --> Access Request --> Access Request Creation, The following error is generated:

ERROR: Syntax error in program /1BCWDY/0O2TGO5IZ6V8PA2KELLW==CP

ST22:

NOTA: This also happens with other functions and the same error occurs.

Hi Cristian,

Kindly confirm whether you have implemnted the sap note-1654626?

Looks like the manual pre-implementation steps are not followed correctly
and therefore the component GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS is not active now
and dumps with a syntax error.

There is some internal error in the webdynpro compoenent
GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS which is causing this dump.
The code seems active, however at runtime there is a dump.

It looks like  you have activated the component GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS
ignoring the errors using "Activate anyway".Kindly implement the manul instructions in the sap note-1689401.

The notes 1654626 and 1689401 were implemented.

If i try the activate de  webdynpro component GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS occurs a error.

The problem persist!!!

Hello Luis,

Can you check the syntax of GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS webdynpro component and find what exact syntax error is coming.

Also have you applied any recent Note for which either manual step is missing or some other Note containg the dictionary object or class/method is not implemented.

Dear Luis,

We also had a similar issue with Access Request Creation. It was loading for about 10m before it crashed down.I don't know if it generated a dump though. This issue appeared only for some users.

Our issue was probably related to IE or internet settings. There is a note addressing our issue, but it didn't fix our problem. Only after our infrastructure guys "generated a new user profile" the problem got fixed.

We applied the following Sap notes:

1647402 Error No role storage space when opening a request

1695525 Error RABAX_STATE when scheduling background job for reports

1700906 Clear button gives Dump in search application and reports

And did not work.
