Reopen ASN

Hi ,

While processing XML's to SNC for many ASN we are getting error "ASN 0120601: Process DELIVERY_INFO_GR for item 000010 with status CL not allowed" . We think We need to Reopen ASN and reprocess again. Please let me know if there is any program or tcode to Reopen ASN.

Hi Srini,

To my knowledge there is no standard program or tcode to reopen the close ASN.

What is the need for close ASN to be open again and why ASN got close in first place?

I think it is more of process issue.
