SWCV Sales is not assigned automatilly in CRM Sales Mobile.

I have followed all your notes to implement CRM Sales Mobile in a customer ( described in http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-30002). We have a problem when we try to register a new device. I explain to you the steps:

- Create a new application connection in Sybase

- Register the device in the client and start the syncronization.

- The new application connection in Sybase shows to me that it's online.

- In DOE, a new device appears but SWCV CRM SALES is not assigned automatilly. If I want to download datas to my device , I need to assig the SWCV manually

Where is the problem?

Do you see the subscribed user in the NetWeeaver Mobile subscription monitor?

What do you mean with subcription monitor?

When I register my device with CRM Sales, a new device is created in SAP NW Mobile with nexts filled tab:

- Device status -> ok

- Attributtes -> ok

- Mobile componentes -> ok

- Device Profile - not filled

- User - the user which has register the device -> ok

- SWCV - only  SAP_BASIC but no MAS_CRMSALES_DMWCV, 2.0

- Single valued custom attributes -> ok

- Agents -> ok

- Channel -> ok

If i want to download datas to device I have to assign manually SWCV MAS_CRMSALES_DMWCV, 2.0.

What is the application ID display in the SCC?  Is it CRMSales?

What is the pending item count in SCC?

Hi Masayaki.

First of all,thanks for your help.

In subcripction monitor, I see the new device subcripted ( not appear in the picture becouse is the first one but is the same that the device is shown in the picture).

But in DOE, before I assign manually the SWCV CRMSALES, In the virtual device created in DOE, there is nothing information subcribed . I attach the picture too.

If you see the subcription monitor, the URL "notify To" is   ...pkg=d2_sap_crm....

I tell you this, becouse when I deployed the ESDMA , I do it in three steps:

1- deploy on package default with version app crm1.0 but some days after, I had problem to redeploy

2- deploy on package default with version app crm2.0 . The ipad could not register.

3- deploye on package CRM with version app crm1.0.  The ipad can register in CRM package.

Could be this one the problem? The register on package CRM version crm .1.0

It sounds package deployment is a root cause.

What is the ESDMA you have exported from NetWeaver Mobile?

Can you paste sup-db.xml when you used for deployment?

What is the application ID when you deploy it to SUP?

I reply to your answer:-

- the ESDMA exported is MAS_CRMSALES_V20 version V9G001

- The application id is sales_crm. the name which is assigned by default deploy of ESDMA to SUP.

Application ID should be "sap_crm" when you deploy the ESDMA to SUP.
