Download basket approval- of other s-user

Hi,

situation -   s-user id A           s-user id B

s-user id A - BELONGS TO one organization/project

s-user id B - belong to other project/client

s-user id B - belong to other project/client - they have just installed solution manager,but not able to approve down load basket

so can s-user id A - APProve his download basket.

kindly suggest asap.

I don't think you will be able to approve other customer download basket using another customer S user.

Please maintain the S user in solution manager -tcode -  SPRO --> SAP Solution Manager --> Basic Settings --> Connection to SAP --> Maintain SAP Customer numbers.

Only maintain last 7 digits of your S user id. All require network (firewall) ports are opened from your solution manger to SAP marketplace.

Please use AISUSER tcode to assign S-Users to SAP Solution Manager users. Then you can approve download basket for that S-User who assigned for SAP Solution Manager user logged in. Yop can perform the same functionality from tcode SPRO  with 'Assign S-user for SAP Support Portal Functionality' action and read information about this action.

"You must assign an SAP Support Portal contact person to the Solution Manager users who communicate with the SAP Support Portal, in the transaction AISUSER. The contact person which you maintain, is the S user in SAP Support Portal without the 'S'. An S user is a user ID for the SAP Support Portal. You can request a user ID for the SAP Support Portal under www.service.sap.com."
