Quality stock movement is MVMT type 103

Hi,

In material 01 insp type is active.

After GR for purchase order with mvmt type 103, insp lot is created. during usage decision partly posted to unrestricted use and partly posted to GR blocked stock. Now I want to move that GR blocked stock to unrestructed use stock. How to perform this?

HI

During MIGO 103 use for gate entry. After 103 use mvt type 105 to create inspection lot with respective quantity in Quality stock. Do the result recording if required & do the UD for the same & stock will goes to unrestricted/blocked accordingly.

For stock transfer from block to unrestricted, use mvt type 343 in MB1B.

Access usage decision transaction again, then post remained GR blocked stock to unrestricted stock.

Hi,

This mov. type 103 mainly use for gate entry. After GR of 103, Stock goes into GR blocked Stock. Inspection lot generated & this qty. we can't move to unrestricted stock through UD.

You have to do Mov. type 105 after 103 to move GR blocked to Unrestricted.

If insp type 01 is active, so system will not allow 105 manually, my question if ud saved and during ud partial qty is done 105 and rest are put in gr block stock, then after ud 105 is not possible. please suggest if any option is available to do 105 after ud.

Check the material document associated with the PO.System should have already done 105 in background if stock posting of 013 is already done !

This does not work here, since 103 does not create inventory.
