Fields on Mitigation controls do not seems to be correct

Hi Experts

I am facing strange issue.

When I am creating Mitigation control it has following fields:

Mitigation Control ID

Name

Description

Organization

Process

Subprocess

I enter data in above fields and save then all good but when you go back to screen (Mitigating Controls) where it list all controls, then field names changed to following:

Control ID

Title

Description

Organization

Last Updated

Updated By

I believe problem is that data from Name field should be visible in Title field. But this is not the case. Title field is showing about first 40 characters from Description field.

I do not understand what SAP has done. Obviously this is a bug which any test should have picked it up. I am sure other people would have found it as well and may have some kind of fix. Plesae advise if it has been fixed.
