BRF SRM 7.0

Hello Experts:

We are implementing SRM 7.0 and I have one special request of my customer

By standard there is one workflow to approve per quotation "accepted", that is to say, if i accept  item 1 of 3 and item 2 of 3 from quotation "A" and the item 3 of 3 of quotation B, they will be 2 workflow to approve each quotation: A & B

The special request of my customer is that they want to have one workflow to approve both quotatios: A & B and not two for each quotation.

As BRF is now in this version I am aware if this can be possible.

Can you give me some orientation about this?

If you know if it is possible to do this or not.

If it is something out of logic with BRF.

Thanks in advance for your soon reply.

Regards

Ari

Hi,

The BRF workflow is at the document level. Also each document has to mandatorily go through approval before any follow on document can be posted against them.

Therefor quotation A and quotation B have to go for separate approvals before they can be converted to PO.

I think it is not possible to have one work flow from two separate documents.

Hi,

Yes, Malay has right, one workflow should started for one document. This is how the BRF workflow is designed.
