you might want to check out this SCN discussion about the HANA certification as it also mentions the different courses that lead up to the relevant certification exam and has lots of knowledgeable experts participating. I am sure you will get an answer there.
HA100/300R are recorded web-based training courses based on the actual classroom courses so they are a lot more in-depth and a "classroom-like" learning experience. OHA10 is a so-called online learning map which consists mostly of pdf materials and in some cases demonstrations so it is more for self-study on the latest technical/product information.
