Hi Colleagues,

About Scorecard Surveys, i found in the Help the following information.

"Scorecard information can be entered manually or can be automatically entered from survey results and external feedback."      --> What exactly is the process to enter a survey automatically? By importing the Scorecard Survey csv file?

Hi Natalia,

That is correct. Scorecards can be manually created on the vendor record or imported. There is an import csv template that is available to import the scorecard into a vendor. You can get the csv template from the setup page > import > select Metric Entry for object type. Keep in mind the metrics by which the supplier will be scored and the scorecard definitions should be created in the system prior to this step.
