Tour master

Friends,

I need your help to resolve my error:

Route CUST11, sequence number 00000 is not maintained in the tour master

Message no. /DSD/RP_MESSAGE202

Can any one help to resolve this?

I searched the forum but found very scarce documentation on it. Please help.

Hi Lakshmipathi, Thanks for reply. Actually my config is not related to Retail or direct store delivery So how can I check and remove route not related to vehicle/driver tour related and get normal one. Right now I am trying to sap easy access to set up driver tour plan with vehicle set up But infact we don't have this retail or direct store delivbery. So please suggest where can I remove my route related to retail/store delivery.

Some configuration is missing in IMG and the area you need to check is Logistics Execution > Direct Store Delivery.  There some tabs would be there for Route and Tour.  You need to check there.
