Hello Solman Experts,
I have a problem with sender address email when Help Desk actions are triggered. How to customize Solman to sent messages always from address example.comapny.com?
Presently sender has email of person which save the incident message.

you need to go by customizing,
check out Note 573736 - To change email-id of the sender ( This is applicable for solman ppf actions too)
