Hi Michal,

Here are the few pointers which help you in implementing 'ARA - Alerts' feature.

1. SOD and Critical Action risk should be create and there risk owners should be defined in all the risks.

2. Rules should be generated.

3. Repository synch job is executed successfully.

4.  Action Usage Sync job is executed successfully.

5. Generate Alerts job is executed with send notification and finished successfully.

Hope this helps you in getting started.

thank you Jitan for your last answer,

i have some more....

can you please elaborate on the last step...after generating the alert job and checking both notification for control monitor and conflicting and critical risk, will they both be getting the same email notification?

as well,  in the NWBC-> Access Management-> Access Alerts-> Conflicting and Critical Access Alerts, when i enter the user ID, which user is it? the one that made the violation?

any further info in that matter will help as im a bit confused...

thanks again

Hi Michal,

It depends which option you choose. If you are running the Alert job for Conflicting and Critical Risk Alerts, then Risk Owner will get the e-mail notification.

For second, your assumption is right its the user who made the violations in the plug-in system.
