Usage of customer group 1~5 in sales document

I defined values for reserve customer group 1~5 with path SPRO->Sales and distribution->Master data->Business partners->Customers->Sales-> Maintain reserve fields.

But how to set default values in additional data field when I create the sales order?

Or I have to manually select the value when create sales order and save?

Dear JUN

Depending upon your business requirement you can put manual or automatic.

For automatic go to XD02 and put customer code and sales area and come to Sales Area Tab

This will bring it automatic during sales order.

Hi Jun

If you maintain Fields in Master Data It will flow in Transaction data.If you maintain Customer Group 1-5 in Customer Master data it will automatically flow in Sales Order .

                   While creating Sales Order if you want to Change Customer Group-1-5 . you can very well change.
