MBO to Production Server

Hi All,

Many of you those who have worked with SAP-SUP integration may have faced this situation. If you have a SAP Background we know that we have 3 types of Servers

Development

Quality

Production

We do all the development work in the development server, Do the testing in Quality and then move it to production when we are satisfied with the testing.

But the situation is that we have created MBO from Quality Server and then deployed the project to the Unwired Server but now after The project is going live we have to move it to production.

Is there a way to do it apart from changing the data source behind the MBO.

The problem would be that if in future we need to enhance the project it will again have to be moved back to Quality by changing the data source behind the MBO.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

I found the answer. We just have to define a Production Server Connection profile in the workspace and then change the connection profile of the MBO's from the Properties by clicking on the MBO and then changing the Connection profile, saving it and then deploying the project again.
