"Permissions" to be mandatory for Two Part Bidding

Dear All,

We at SRM 7.01 . We have activated Simultanoues Login for Two Part RFx. Currently if Purchaser doesnt select any user as Technical Opener ,Price Opener the RFx can be published with just warnings displayed by the system.Our Requirement is to make this Mandatory. While Publish of RFx as error messages are displayed for mandatory fields in the similar way System should throw error message to provide permissions. Can any one suggest how to make this mandatory??

I had similar issue and resolved with BADI "BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI".
