transport issue - export

Hi

I am following file mechanism.

When I try to export the objects it gets hanged and we have cutoff date to transport the objects. We have restarted the server even then it behaves same. After selecting the objects - Continue - then it keeps saying - exporting. What is the solution for this.

Hello,

What release and SP are you using? Check this link - Transporting ESR Content using the File System (if you are on 7.1 or higher). Ensure the user has authorizations to access the import/export directories.
