Enable links and buttons in the offline approval email

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.01.

We have implemented the offline approval functionality but have some problems with the buttons display for users with a specifc type of mobile device.

For these users,the links work fine.

I would like to enable the links for some users and buttons for the rest..As the option for links and buttons need to be set at the time of scehduleing the job for  the report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND,at runtime,can we change the contents of the email via BADI BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI to determine whether the email will have links or buttons?

Is there any specific parameter for the LINKS/Buttons in this BADI which can be chanegd to achive thed sired results?

Hi,

If you are using the MAIL_CREATE method of the BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI, you will be able to change the content of the standard mail text. I think, with this method you will be able to create user specific mails.
