Hi Experts !
I need to confirm the Customer Creation process in CLM 9.0. I asume that the Customers should be created in ERP and after that via PI interfase replicated to CLM and in CLM we can create manually the Contact Person which is required to create the contract. Am I right? Could you plese give some details about this point?

There is no standard Integration content available for customers. You have two options.
1) Develop a custom report in ECC to extract the customer data and upload using Workbook templates. This works for initial upload. for ongoing changes you need do the same thing to keep the consistancy. You can schedule reports in ECC and Sourcing to automate the process.
2) Use the change pointer concept in ECC to trigger ALE message for customers and develop the PI mapping for master data.
