Hi,
After we did a system copy from Production to the Sandbox, the portal is throwing the following error when the user tried to access
Maintain Performance Document
I have checked the SICF and all the BSP related stuff is activated.
Can anybody help me to troubleshoot this error .

Check the XSRF protection flag for the BSP service, is it unchecked?

WAs your PRD System running HTTPS mode?
Is it also valid for Sandbox? Did you activated HTTPS on Sandbox too?
Please check which services were active on PRD and SBX systems via SMICM > Services
