Text Copied from Order to Delivery

I need to know on the options to control text copied from sales order to delivery.

Example: Our texts are in brackets () or []. Sales order has text in both kind of brackets but in delivery I want only the text in []. Is data transfer routine for Text Object only option for controlling text beinng copied to delivery ?
