Dear Gurus,
Please advice for the requirement
Whenever material is received from vendor accompanied with certifictes of vendor it should go to unrestricted stock although inspection is active
if stock is received without vendor certificate , it should go to quality stock and inspection lot to be generated
This is with respect to both approved and non approved vendors
Please suggets
regards
Venkat
Hi,
This scenario can do by using Vendor certification process,
You have to enter the Target QM System by activating the QM procurement Key & maintain the Existing QM system in Quality info record with valid to date.
While doing the GR creation for relevant certified vendor system does not create the inspection lot even if inspection type active (stock move directly to Un-restricted).

Hi,
Explore below mentioned IMG path-
Quality Management->QM in Logistics->QM in Procurement->Define Keys for Certificate Processing
In this under Difine certificate types, explore field-"Control without certif."

As I remember... if stock is received without certificate, it goes to blocked stock automatically.
But inspection lots will be created for both situation. (different system status of insp. lot)
So please test your scenario without "post to insp. stock".
Sorry. I didn't test.. so my answer can be wrong.

Venkat, I don't think this could be feasible without any enhancement!
