Difference in LIPS-LFIMG QTY and LIPS-ORMNG due to AKMNG

Hi Experts

We are facing a peculiar problem regarding the above cited subject at delivery packing level, before that please consider the following points reagrding delivery document config.

1.Using Batch Split

2.Using VCH1/2 for automatic batch determination.

3.Picking had been removed for the custom item category

4.Packing is mandatory (Batch level packing)

5.Single level packing, with external HU number range

6.Gross weight is being entered under "Total weight" column" manually.

For example In LIPS-LFIMG (del.qty) is 33.3 M, but in LIPS-ORMNG(original qty of delivery item) is 61.4 and subsequently is increasing the total gorss weight of the shipment.

For outputs/reports we can correct the quantities by picking LFIMG QTY but we are facing the problem with weights.

At LIPS table we found that for the respective problematic batch AKMNG was "B" - "QTY in base unit of measure", for other batches "A" - "QTY in alternative unit of measure", then we have checked the MMR where UOM is "M" only. (as a process we do not have Sales UOM/Alt.UOM).

Please suggest us the root cause of the problem along with the solution.

Thanks in advance.
