Delivered quantity difference

Dear all,

as my customer orderd 2000 units

we did multiple partial deliveries ,in order schedule line delivered quantity it is showing 2,003 units,

but as per our report it is 1972 units, and for that invoice is also done.

as per my analasys i came to know in the  order document flow some of the deliveries is showing as being processed even after invoice is done.

one of such delivery is showing 50 units in document flow,

but when i checked in display document it is showing 19  units delivered,

in delivery some one changed 50 units to 19 units and delivered 19 units.

but  i think that 50 quantity is updated as delivered and when they changed to 19 that is not updated  in delivered quantity so it is showing delivered quantity as 2003 units and

now the system is not allowing the delivery as no items are relavents against the order

why it is not updated can any one suggest

Dear naid,

as the delivered quantity is showing 2003,then cant be changed for current situation it's better to add one mor line item with the remaining quantity u have to deliver and process it.

Dear Naidu,

when ever in VL01N - T.code when u process a sale order if u save that particular order.

Again if u check the same order in VA03 ( sales document flow) the particular order will show as being processed with another number range.

paste the number in VL02N and delete the particular item.

then return back to VL01N T.code and check once.
