How to Activate "Internal Sales Respresentative" - Customer Cockpit

I want to know how to implement and integrate "Internal Sales Representative" for NWBC SAP. I would kindly request for your expert assistance and any documentation in this regard.

So can you guys tell me what i can do or whom i should consult to get this right???...

Am facing this issue when i comes to create a sales order in NWBC as shown in the pic.

Would appreciate you could give me some constructive advice.

This Red Box is not showing the drop down when entered the Sales order type.

Could you please convey the table-field name of the field marked in red (Sales document type)?

Is it same as VBAK-AUART?
