Dear Experts,
We are getting Printer Status is " Incorrect". In One forum I got idea to Clear cache in Printer from SAP Level.
Please let me know how to Clear Cache?
Regards,
Anvardheen J
Hi Anvardheen,
In order to Reset your Cache of Printer, please goto t.code SPAD.
Under Devices/Servers goto Output Devices and click on Display button which is present towards right of that and it will listout all your Output Devices.
Please select the required Output Device you want and double click on that.
Then please goto Change Mode by clicking on the Pencil Button.
Now goto Edit option on the Menu bar and Expand the same, here if you see you can find one option for "Reset Cache" and you can reset your Cache by clicking here.
If you want to clear your old Spool requests then you can check wheher Standard background Job SAP_REORG_SPOOL is running or not.
Also RSPO1041 can delete old spool requests.
Please check based upon your requirement.
