Hi,
I urgently need to know how to default the text ID which appears on the ticket overview tab to "Reply" ( SU01).
When on edit mode on the ticket this field is on the overview tab just above the box we maintain text.
Right now the default appears as description and we need to change it to "Reply".
I have attached a document to show the field i need to change.
Appreciate your earliest response.

This can be achived by assigning the required sequence to the text typess. Go to text determination procedure - select text object CRM_ORDERH - Select your text procedure (assigned to transaction type) - select definition of procedure. Here change the sequence as per your requirement.
