Stop PO output from triggering

Experts,

We are on SRM 7.01 (Ext classic). When SC is approved and PO is created, a PO pdf is triggered to vendor. Now later when user changes PO, we wish to stop PO output from triggering all together. Can this be achieved from BBP_PO_ACTION_DEF?

I have already explored the table BBPV_COMP_FIELDS but that hasn't helped.

Please refer http://scn.sap.com/thread/1922615 thread. In here Laurent Burtaire explain how you could achieve your requirement if BBPV_COMP_FIELDS is not full filling the requirement.
