Committed Costs based on PO creation rather than delivery date possible?

Hello

I have a report showing Commited PO spend (value type 22).  Values appear here dependent on Expected Delivery Date (Debit date COOI-BUDAT) but my client wants commitements reported in the month that the PO is created,(COOI-BLDAT). 

Is it possible to change Value Type 22 so that it refers to creation date rather than delivery date?

I dont think you can change the data's of a commitment document.

If the report is the only issue, then you can create zreports with PO creation date as your debit date.

I think there is no customization setting available to change 'Value Type'.

You can check with CO consultants, but I guess you can not change it.
