Implementing SSO between SAP Netweaver 7.3 portal and Share point

Hi All

We need to implement SSO between SAP Netweaver 7.3 portal and Share point.

When user logs into portal, they should automatically login to Share point. In share point we have form based authentication and do not use the Active Directory. We can have same user IDs in both portal and Share point.

So, how to proceed with the configuration if we use SAML 2.0 or is there any other better authentication mechanism.

Please help.

Hi Tapan,

I would suggest to use Active Directory.

Because, in future if you would like to implement SSO with other application like ECC etc. then SAML will not support.

So by looking into such kind of scenarios, choose the right ones.
